The villa is 150m2 and has 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen, living / dining room and an outside terrace with dining for 6 people.

Accommodation:

The accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms. Two on the first floor and the third on the ground floor.

First Floor:

The master bedroom has air-conditioning, large double bed, two built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the front garden. The en-suite is equipped with bath, toilet and sink.

Bedroom No. 2 with two single beds has as well air-conditioning.

Next to the bedroom you will find another bathroom with bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.

Ground Floor:

You enter the villa into the hall which has stairs leading to the first floor on the left. The hall leads to the large living / dining room, large well appointed kitchen, third bedroom and a further bathroom.

The large living room offers enough seating for 6 people.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with built-in electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge / freezer.

Outside:

To the front of the property there is off-street parking for up to 2 cars and further space available on the street. The pool is 8m x 4m and surrounded by 6 sun loungers.

There is a large supermarket and several bars and restaurants only 150m away offering everything that you need to enjoy a great holiday.

The weekly rate is all inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen and towels (no beach towels), pool and garden maintenance. A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve the property. The final balance is required on arrival in cash. An extra refundable security deposit of 300 Euro is required on arrival. This deposit will be returned in full unless any repackages are identified, which fall outside “normal wear and tear”.

Villa 112 La Loma Das sehr schöne Haus liegt leider an einer Straße, die in den Morgenstunden /Abendstunden zeitweise etwas störend ist. Man hat durch die Ecklage den ganzen Tag Sonne im Garten und kann den schönen Pool geniessen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet ,wobei in zwei Bädern Ablagemöglichkeiten total fehlen.Im Bad en Suite bei dem grössten Schlafzimmer ist das sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Leider passen die Gartenmöbel überhaupt nicht zum Standart des Hauses.Einfache, instabile Kunststoffstühle und ein wackeliger ,verblichener Kunststoff Tisch.Das trübt etwas den sonst positiven Eindruck. Wir würden es trotz der kleinen Minuspunkte wieder buchen.Vermieter sehr freundlich, genauso wie Frau Koch von der Agentur.
