Please note-

This villa is available along with five other almost identical properties.

The availability calendar will only be blocked once all six properties are booked for the same dates.

The villa management will allocate a property closer to the day once all other bookings and dates are cosidered so we cannot guarantee the property number but can guarantee the booking.

As a rule, with the exception of high season, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The check-in time is from 17:00 hrs, and the check out time is before 11:00 hrs.

The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are for the maximum number of persons indicated. It is not permitted to occupy the accommodation with more than the maximum number of persons indicated.

Any additional optional extras will be detailed on the reservation form.

The rental price on the reservation form is inclusive of cleaning, bed linen, towels but not beach towels.

Extra services: Weekly cleaning (4 hours) including a change of sheets and towels for 75 Euro per week. 

Long lets (normally for periods of 4 weeks or more) are normally available at preferential rates-

Mínimum stay: 4 weeks - Price for the week 350€/all inclusive or 320€ + electricity costs
 
 

The booking deposit is 25% within 7 days with the final 75% balance due in cash on arrival.

The security deposit is payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded on departure.
