Government Travel Restrictions Policy 

The Spanish Government may restrict travel for various reasons, including national security concerns and public health emergencies aimed at preventing the spread of disease. These restrictions may be applied either universally or selectively and can include travel bans. 

If you are unable to travel to your rented property due to Spanish Government travel restrictions (not those imposed by other countries), we guarantee the option to either: 

Transfer your booking to another date within 12 months, or 

Receive a full refund, minus a €75 administration fee. 

Please note that we are unable to refund booking deposits for cancellations unrelated to travel restrictions within Spain. 

For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
